Identification d'un arbre

Au pied de mon avocatier, il y a une multitude d'arbres qui poussent : de nombreux cherimoya, dattiers...
C'est une sacré pagaille !
Il y a un jeune arbre que j’aimerai bien identifier. Il est caduque, et pousse assez vite :
